Video – rolling images can now display a playing video when the user visits the homepage. Videos can also be positioned across all areas of the website & they can be YouTube linked videos or videos created by Discovery Credit Union e.g., MP4 videos.

URL – automatic re-direction of friendly URL names. (For Example – Internet banking Login)

Images – automatic re-sizing of uploaded images from the Discovery Credit Union image library so no need to crop an existing image to fit into a specific area on the website. Umbraco also comes with its own in-built image library.

Smart-Device Responsiveness – the website & all functions will be optimised to view correctly across all smart-devices i.e., phones & tablets.

Rollback – Umbraco provides the administrator with a roll-back facility which is extremely helpful when editing the website as it gives the ability to go back to the website status before a change was made.

Audit Logs – all changes are fully audited detailing when the user made a change & what the change was.

Scheduling Services – Discovery Credit Union can now pre-setup marketing campaigns, news items etc. to happen in the future & with an expiry date on the item, rather than crating & uploading the item on the day it’s due & removing it when the campaign is over.

Forms – very user-friendly form builder tool for the administrator to create on the fly.

Accessibility – ability for different access levels to be assigned to multiple back-end users.
